Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all the products that we sell through our website www.khabolaaga.com. Please note that you agree to accept this terms and conditions by purchasing any of our products.

  1. WHO WE ARE

www.khabolaaga.com is a website operated by Ksvk Agro Global LLP. We are based in Maharashtra, India and our registered office is at House No. 503 B wing, Shree Drushti CHSL, Kasarwadavli, Thane, Maharashtra - 400615.

  1. ORDERING AND DISPATCH
  • You can either order for products through our website or through the phone. After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order that signifies the acceptance of your order by us.
  • Once we receive payment from you we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your payment and also confirm the dispatch of your order. For wholesale orders, we often purchase on order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. The dispatch can take up to 3-5 working days for such orders and therefore we request you to give us an advance notice when placing orders.
  • We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment anytime before dispatch due to non-availability of product or otherwise.
  1. PRICES
  • All prices listed on our website are subject to change, but the changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
  • The prices on our website exclude VAT and shipping costs, which will be added during checkout.
  • The prices of our products have been computed carefully and listed on our website. However, due to unintentional errors, if the product purchased by you has been incorrectly priced, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting your order for instructions. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you desire or pay the difference.
  • All payments should made by credit or debit card before dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For wholesale deliveries within India, payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery. Interest charges will need to be incurred for late payment.
  1. DELIVERY
  • We try to ship all retail orders received before 12 p.m. IST by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances it can take upto 3 working days for order processing.
  • We aim to dispatch the products within 24 hours of payment clearance and to have all orders delivered to customers residing in India within 5-7 working days depending on your choice of shipment. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon its back in stock.
  • In case, a customer wants products to be shipped outside India, please contact us for a custom quote via email.

  1. SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS

Eevery product has its own distinctive shelf life depending on the nature and process involved to make that product. Hence it is necessary to refer the storage instructions mentioned on the product label for safeguarding the quality of the product

We reserve the right to change and amend the above terms and conditions, whenever required, due to changes in our policies and capabilities or to abide to change in laws and regulations.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to these terms is required by law or governmental authority or if we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we send you the order confirmation.
